About the Role
We're looking for thoughtful, expressive individuals who can engage in natural, free-flowing 15-minute conversations with another participant. These discussions are unscripted and topic-driven, designed to capture genuine human interaction, emotional presence, and authentic back-and-forth dialogue.
There are no fixed roles, performances, or reading prompts. Instead, you and your conversation partner will choose a meaningful topic and explore it together in a way that feels real, curious, and connected, as if two people were talking openly about something that matters to both of them.
This is a fully remote, freelance position that offers complete flexibility in when and how much you work.
About You
- •Native or fluent speaker with clear speech and strong conversational skills
- •Comfortable speaking confidently and engaging with new people
- •Able to maintain stable audio quality throughout recordings
- •Emotionally present, curious, and comfortable responding authentically
- •Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow project guidelines carefully
Compensation
- •Up to $30 per recorded hour
- •Additional performance-based incentives may be available
Responsibilities
- •Participate in 15-minute recorded conversations with another participant
- •Engage naturally by listening, reacting, and responding with genuine interest
- •Maintain clear audio quality throughout each session
Technical Requirements
- •Laptop or desktop computer (tablets and phones not supported)
- •External or USB microphone preferred for clear, natural audio
- •Stable internet connection capable of supporting smooth calls
Additional Information
Rates are determined by the number of recorded hours and apply specifically to this project. If your application is accepted for a different Dip Audio project, the compensation rate may vary.
